1. Dr. Struck is an Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Stanford university in the division of plastic surgery. In this role he supervises and teachs plastic surgery residents. This contact with the university and young minds keeps him current on new developments.

2. Dr. Struck is the medical director of Solta Medical. In this role he oversees all new laser developments. Fraxel restore, fraxel repair, thermage technologies have been developed in this center.

3. Dr. Struck oversees international medical research for philips hig tech campus Eindenhoven Netherlands researching home based minimally invasive lasers for skin rejuvenation

4. Dr. Struck has authored two articles in medical journals on lasers.
